GARLIC:
Regulates blood pressure by causing the vasodilation of arterioles and capillaries. It reduces the risk of atherosclerosis, prevents platelet aggregation, and regulates levels of cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Additionally, it strengthens the immune system and acts as a natural antibacterial due to its content of Allicin, a substance capable of inhibiting the proliferation of various bacteria.

HAWTHORN:
Is widely used in the treatment of various types of cardiovascular disorders thanks to its content of proanthocyanidins which possess antihypertensive properties and are capable of regulating blood pressure. The flavonoids contained in hawthorn also have antioxidant properties and inhibit platelet aggregation.

MISTLETOE:
The presence of flavonoids, lignans, and amines endows the plant with antioxidant properties and the ability to reduce and stabilize blood pressure and stimulate diuresis.

OLIVE:

The flavonoids and phenols (including oleuropein) contained in the leaves of this plant confer antioxidant, antiarrhythmic, and hypotensive properties. Being also rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids, olive leaves reduce levels of bad cholesterol (LDL) and increase levels of good cholesterol (HDL).
