L5- MTHF, biologically active form of Folic Acid, is able, through the transfer of a methyl group, to reconvert homocysteine into methionine.

BETAINE AND ZINC
Betaine and zinc are cofactors in the transformation of the homocysteine, thus resulting in essential substances for the reduction of plasma levels of this amino acid.
